Backend deployment is in progress. The direct Coolify + remote GUI route needs a custom wrapper stack because the upstream Hermes repo is not a clean one-click web deployment and the dashboard is designed for localhost-only exposure.
Prepared assets are on the Mac mini in workspace/hermes-agent-test/.
